Set up was super easy and the look is fabulous. Sitting position is beyond comfy and snuggly, I love it. In the reclining position there is an issue for me, have not seen other reviews mentioning it so keep an open mind. There is a substantial gap in the position I found uncomfortable. I have rectified this by putting a blanket over the chair which honestly takes away from the fabulousness.

It sounds like you just need to give the back rest a little more 'click' action to be fully locked into place. Once it's clicked in properly, we bet you'll love it even more! OK so Fluff Daddy has only been here half an hour but I’m in love 🥰. Literally 2 minutes to put together ( and I think that might be an exaggeration, very possibly 60 seconds) I’m 61 and managed it easily on my own. And now I’ve sat in it, I am not sure I’m ever going to move. I am, let’s say, fuller of figure and it fits perfectly😀. I think I’ve met my soul mate 🥰💃 although now I have to paint the walls 🙄
