Not only was the customer service we received impeccable, but the chair is worth every dollar. It has saved my back, my son loves being rocked to sleep. I can swivel to block light when I’m trying to rock him to sleep and once he’s asleep I can recline. Feels like I’m at a day spa. The side pouches are great and of high quality, matching the chair perfectly. I can keep my water bottle and other bits and pieces in easy reach. They simply just zip on. Only design flaw is that the zip head is black while the rest of the zip matches the biscuit colour. If you’re thinking of buying the fluff mumma do yourself a favour and add to cart! The chair arrived within two days and we couldn’t be happier.

Being an oldie with a bad back and a wonky right knee it has made me a new person mmmmm not quite but nearly.

The sea colour is absolutely beautiful and the chair is so comfortable. The only issue so far is it seems hard to get the chair to stay in full recline position , it seems to want to sit me up but perhaps it just needs to stretch a bit?

I bought this chair for my daughter who lives in a rural area and the service to get the chair delivered was fantastic. Very quick in replying to emails and very helpful.

We absolutely love our Fluff Daddy. It’s become one of the most used spots in our house and somehow always ends up with one of the kids curled up on it with me.

It’s incredibly comfortable and supportive, but still looks really nice in our living room and doesn’t feel like a big bulky recliner. Being heavily pregnant, I’ve loved having somewhere I can properly put my feet up and relax, and I already know it’s going to get so much use once baby arrives for feeding, cuddles and contact naps.

It’s one of those pieces that actually works for everyday family life without compromising on how your space looks. We’re really happy with it.
